Are you going for Consent or Legitimate Interest?

Our friends at ToucanTech have produced a handy sheet that is a flowchart of Consent v Legitimate Interest with some guidance on the path to choose. A copy of the chart can be downloaded here.

ToucanTech were at our recent Annual Conference and spoke how their software helped alumni associations to maintain contact with their members using a website as a means of sharing news, booking for events and managing your database for GDPR requirements and providing an email service to support societies in maintaining links with their members.

Do visit the ToucanTech website www.toucantech.com/ for further information and to book a review of your current database.
